2. The essentials
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.
- Fonts and all files are served directly from this website – no external services such as Google Fonts are used.
- Personal data is only processed where necessary to operate the website or to handle your inquiry.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA). When you visit the website, Netlify automatically processes technically necessary data (server log files), in particular IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. My legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely, reliably and quickly. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Netlify.
Data may be transferred to the USA. Transfers are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 45, 46 GDPR). More information: netlify.com/privacy.
4. Contact form
When you contact me via the contact form, your details (name, email address, optionally company and phone number, selected service, page language and message) are processed to handle your inquiry. The form is processed by the "Netlify Forms" service of Netlify, Inc. and delivered to me by email.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering inquiries).
The data is deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. for business correspondence) apply.
5. Contact by email
If you email me, I process your email address and the content of your message solely to handle your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). Deletion follows the rules described in section 4.
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies and does not store any information in your browser. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required.
7. Example websites
The industry examples under /beispiele/ are demo websites with fictional content. Forms on these pages do not transmit any data.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
